![]() ![]() ![]() Henry, now 34, started out his comics career at the age of 18 with a strip in his student newspaper at the University of Connecticut. His store is located in Jamestown, R.I., where he lives with his wife and young son. He added, "I love Two Tides Brewing I've been down there a couple times." Also the co-owner of a liquor store, Henry easily rattled off the names of all of Savannah's other craft breweries. "Something I couldn't imagine doing in my mid-30s, but as a 20-year-old, it seemed like a lot of fun." "When my wife and I first met - this was like 10 years ago - we actually just bought a truck and put a back hood on it and just drove to Savannah and lived in this truck for like two weeks in Savannah. I'm really excited to be in this paper," said Henry, which is the pen name of artist William Henry Wilson. "Savannah has a special place in my heart. His strip, "Wallace the Brave," starts running Sunday. Comic strip artist Will Henry has fond memories of a "cheap and rugged" visit to the Hostess City, and is now looking forward to joining the Savannah Morning News' daily comics lineup. ![]()
